7. Moderation

CreativeAI actively moderates the platform and may suspend or remove users who violate these rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination at our sole discretion.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content
• You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on AI-generated content

9. Subscriptions & Payments
