Do I need an account to start chatting?

No account required. You can start chatting immediately as a guest with a generous daily token allowance. Creating a free account unlocks higher usage limits and additional features.

Do I need technical skills to use the platform?

Not at all. Everything is designed around natural language. Just type what you want — whether it is a conversation, an image description, or a creative request — and the AI handles the rest.

How is this different from ChatGPT or other chatbots?

How do tokens work?

Tokens are the unit we use to measure usage across chat, image generation, and video creation. Free guests, registered users, and subscribers each get different daily allowances. Subscribers receive significantly higher limits or unlimited messages depending on the plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through DodoPayments. We also support cryptocurrency payments via Atlos for users who prefer privacy or do not have a card. Both flows are secure and processed by trusted third parties.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. After canceling, you keep access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

What is your refund policy?

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Auto-renewal charges may be refunded within 48 hours if you have not used the service during the new billing period. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Will I be charged automatically for renewals?

Yes. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service. You can disable auto-renewal or cancel at any time from your account settings.
